2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Procedure
– All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly through our offices.
– A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
– Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
2.2. Payment Methods
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
– Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Client Cancellations
– Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
– More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
– 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
– Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
3.2. SB SAFARI KENYA Cancellations
– We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour of equivalent value.
4. Changes to Bookings
– Any changes requested by the client must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
– Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Travel Insurance
– Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. This should cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation charges.
6. Health and Safety
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the tours.
– It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional regarding necessary vaccinations and health precautions for travel in Kenya.
7. Liability
– SB SAFARI KENYA is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability is directly attributable to our negligence.
– We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.
8. Conduct
– Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to the environment, wildlife, and local communities.
– SB SAFARI KENYA reserves the right to remove any client from a tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
9. Intellectual Property
– All content on the SB SAFARI KENYA website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SB SAFARI KENYA and is protected by intellectual property laws.
– Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
